The Bunker is a personal training studio based in Wethersfield, CT. We offer a private, encouraging, “non-intimidating” environment where you can work out with some of the best trainers in CT.

 

If you’re ready to commit to changing your body, mind, and way of life for the better, we can help. We’re equipped with over 1500sqf, free weights, power racks, functional trainers, battle ropes, sandbags, turf, and more. All you have to do is show up! We’ll take it from there.

Jake Oquendo

Coach Jake, ISSA certified trainer, collegiate football player. “All through high school and college I was an athlete and I always had a strength and conditioning coach telling me what I should do in the gym. When the time came for me to part ways with athletics I was 260lbs and was lost on how to lose this weight. So I was uncomfortable in the gym for the first time in my life, this feeling motivated me to gain more knowledge on how I could finally reach my goal. Now that I reached my goal and continuing to get better, I’m here to help you gain knowledge, confidence, and know anything you set your mind to your body can do it! You’ll become stronger mentally and physically and most importantly become the best version of you!!
