The Bunker Fitness was started to help people not just reach their fitness goals but to maximize their potential! This journey of losing weight, building muscle, or just improving over all fitness the workouts are just one piece of the puzzle. Years of working in the trenches training people just like yourself we learned that we can not just coach you on the perfect squat… we have to coach you on all the different moving parts of getting results, changing behaviors, and keeping those results! If you are here reading this it is because something triggered you to want to take action and take control of your health, your appearance, and your overall fitness. That is step number one on your journey and as your potential coach, I want to ensure that you get a service that is second to none!
That's why we have created our Dynamic Training System (D.T.S.) to coach you in the gym with amazing individualized workout and nutrition programs, but also in mindset and habit coaching. In the gym, everything is set and reps to make progress… if you want to squat 500lbs we don't start your first workout by just loading the bar up, yelling “YOU CAN DO IT” and hoping for the best. It is about reps building up technique and strength over time with a structured plan… a road map to your goal. Consistency, over time, with a clear plan to reach a given goal that's what my vision is for you as my future client. I want to guide you through and build up all the skills you need to reach lifelong goals that will maximize your potential both in the gym and out.
