The Bunker Fitness is a locally owned and operated personal training gym located in Wethersfield, CT & Avon, CT. Our facility’s have over 2500qf equipped with free weights, power racks, functional trainers, battle ropes, sandbags, turf, and much more! Our goal is to provide all of our clients with the tools and support to reach all their health and fitness goals.

In 2019 when The Bunker Fitness was first opened there was one goal in mind! That was to help people just like yourself reach their full potential by putting the "personal" back in personal training. Our unique and diverse approach to training helps clients see great success in their fitness.

I worked with John at the Bunker for several months while visiting the Hartford area. He was as knowledgeable as you'd expect, and he has an excellent eye for form. His coaching was top-notch, catching little mistakes in my movements that could have spelled disaster in a few years!
He pushed me far beyond what I could have done on my own, and I didn't mind it at all. My only regret is that I don't have a trainer nearly as competent in my new city.
